CT12 Sea Cave
CAVE DIVING – SIDEMOUNT
We were diving in CT12 or Horseshoe sea cave, with two mouth entrances at -10m and -23m which brings you to a corridor to find several white and black rooms. It is not much long but has some restrictions, turns and buoyancy changes that makes a kind of technical cave diving.
It is so fun to dive on Sidemount configuration but is fully accessible on backmount twinset, but some restrictions force you to pass one by one for what is mandatory to have training on cave diving procedures.
On these video, Inma, Sergi & Juandi we dived all CT12 cave until the Jaguar’s room who goes down-32m through two narrow passages. And at the end, between conger eels and corvines fish, Inma decided to exit through a little hole of 20m long in a pure sidemount.
